1 box (10oz) CHi Maple Sage Ground Pork
½ cup JUST EGG
⅓ cup rice flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
STEP 1 In a large bowl, mash together the sausage and JUST EGG until mixture is well combined. Fold half of the flour into the mixture. Use your hands to form 2-inch patties, adding more flour as needed.
STEP 2 Set a nonstick pan or well-seasoned cast iron skillet over medium-high heat, add the oil and heat until it shimmers. Working in batches, fry the patties until they are nice, golden brown, and crispy on both sides. It should take about 2-3 minutes per side. Season with salt and enjoy warm.
