A comforting bowl of pasta is always a good idea! We recommend making a double batch and freezing half for a rainy day. If you don’t do pasta try serving this over shredded spaghetti squash or zucchini noodles.

- 1 pound your favorite gluten free pasta
- 1 box (10oz) CHi Italian Herb Ground Pork
- 1 (25 ounce) jar marinara sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast (optional)
STEP 1 Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the package directions. This should take about 8-12 minutes.
STEP 2 On a pan, cook the defrosted CHi Foods pork for about 3 minutes (it begins to turn golden brown). Then add the jar of marinara sauce. Mix together and simmer for about a minute. Season with salt and pepper.
STEP 3 Divide the cooked pasta among 4 bowls, topping each with a few spoonfuls of cooked bolognese. Finish with Parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast.
